We control the product before loading and unloading and check that shipment has not altered the raw material. We carry out the same controls when each load arrives at the company premises.
If the raw coffee batch is perfect, and the results of the three controls are coherent, the roasting step can start. Many controls are implemented and displayed by a roasting curve that is compared with the ideal values.
The colour of roasted coffee is also an important parameter and is carefully measured by the quality department.
